Church Plant Building Renovation

We have been approached with the opportunity to buy an 100 year old church building with school and parsonage. As a young church (3yr old congregation of young families) we do not have the resources to pay for all of the purchase costs and for the repairs needed to make it usable. We have already pledged $20,000 as a congregation, but we need an additional $50,000 to complete this process.
